  1. I still remember the first time I saw that so famous picture of Aleister Crowley, making the sign of pan. It was in a magazine called "True Magazine". I think it was from about 1976. I recall reading this article about his life and being very chilled after reading it. Although Crowley, or at least his thelamic philosophy, has been a part of pop culture for some time, I cannot help but wonder if these kids have any idea what they are aligning themselves with by willingly placing images like these on their clothing, jewlry etc. It seems this is being seen more, and more openly, and come to think of it I still feel rather chilled.

  3. What we're aligning ourselves with? Thelema is a beautiful philosophy of joy, freedom, and love. There are a lot of falsities going around about Aleister Crowley. He never sacrificed children or any of that. Maybe you should pick up a *real* biography on the fellow.
